Ingredients
200g butter (and a bit more for the pan)
200g sugar
4 eggs
340g flour (and a bit more for the pan)
100g ground walnuts
5g baking powder
orange zest
1 tsp ground cinnamon
60ml orange juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 170ºC. Use a mixer to stir the butter and sugar together till they fluff up, then gradually add the eggs. Add the flour, walnuts, baking powder, orange zest and cinnamon and keep mixing till smooth. Finally, add the juice and mix for a while longer. Butter and flour the cake pan, then pour in the batter. Bake for about 45’. Let the cake cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
