A simple recipe that you can whip up with the help of your kids and share with your friends.
Ingredients
Net weight: approx. 1kg
500g couverture chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ digestive biscuits (or something similar), ground to dust
120-130g walnuts, in thick chunks
Preparation
Start by melting the chocolate on a bain-marie.
Take it off the heat and add the condensed milk and biscuits, using a spatula to stir.
Add the walnuts.
Roll open a sheet of wax paper on a square pan and pour in the batter.
Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then cut into pieces.
