Healthy walnut cookies

Ingredients

Servings: 500g

120g raw hazelnuts
120g walnuts
250 pitted dates
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation

Preheat your fan-forced oven at 170ºC.

Add all the ingredients in a blender or multi chopper and mix till smooth. 

Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of wax paper. 

Scoop out a small amount (the size of a small walnut) of batter and roll it into a small ball. 

Press it till slightly flat and place it on the baking sheet. Repeat till you’ve used all the batter. 

Bake the cookies for 12 minutes. 

Take them out of the oven and let them cool. 

Tips

Replace hazelnuts with almonds, according to taste.
