Walnut and gorgonzola pizza with store-bought pizza dough

A quick but fancy 3-ingredient pizza recipe to bring the taste of Italy to your plate!

Ingredients

Servings: an entire pizza

1 pack of thin, store-bought pizza dough
300g gorgonzola
150g walnut kernels, thickly ground
freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 200ºC.

Place a sheet of non-stick baking paper on a sheet pan and roll the dough open. 

Layer the gorgonzola cheese over the dough, making sure it doesn't cover the crust. 

Sprinkle the walnut kernels over the cheese. 

Bake for approximately 15 minutes, till the dough is fully baked and turns slightly brown. 

Once ready, take the pizza out, then sprinkle it with pepper and serve. Accompany it with fresh green salad.
