Ingredients
Servings: approx. 2 cups
200g walnut kernels
1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or more, according to taste)
100 ml olive oil
125 ml water (or milk - both at room temperature)
2-3 garlic cloves, in halves
salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix for approximately 3 minutes, till the cream turns smooth, almost velvety.
